Stockbrokers to Primary Issue

As a Dealing Member, Monument Securities and Finance Limited is authorised to present applications for Listing on behalf of companies offering newly issued securities which are to be listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Transfers/Transmission

Title may be transferred;

between members of a nuclear family i.e. nominal transfer
between friends, other parties i.e. inter-personal transfer
from the estate of deceased parties i.e. transmission

Public Issue Agency

The regular service of acting as a Returning Agent for various Issues is complemented by;

Capital issues’ analyses and advisory services
Prompt follow-up and collection of issue certificate(s)

Treasury Bills

These are debt obligations of the Federal Government of Nigeria issued through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Monument Securities and Finance Limited purchases treasury bills clients’ behalf and rediscounts same before maturity if desired.
